为实现在设计阶段对车辆传动系统性能进行预测,以目前广泛应用的液力机械传动系统的组成和工作原理为基础,提出了可闭锁式液力变矩器和换挡离合器两个关键部件级,以及整个系统级虚拟样机建模方法,并进一步分析建立了相对应的数学模型。以起步工况试验的动力输入特性和操纵方式作为模型的输入条件对其进行了验证。通过仿真与试验测试结果对比,表明所建立的模型正确、合理并具有较高的精度。

将逆系统理论应用于汽车操纵动力学,用于研究汽车精确达到给定侧向加速度时的驾驶员方向盘转角输入。以汽车方向盘转角输入的状态方程为基础,在逆系统满足稳定、可逆、可控、可观的情况下,分别以闭环仿真和实车试验得到的侧向加速度为逆系统输入识别方向盘转角,并和实车试验的方向盘转角进行对比。结果表明:该方法识别的方向盘转角和实车试验的方向盘转角运动趋势相似,得到的侧向加速度与给定的侧向加速度绝对误差较小。

根据车载视线稳定平台的结构特点及功能要求,设计了捷联稳定平台系统。结合稳定平台控制系统上、下位机间的通信协议,运用多线程和多媒体定时器技术,采用Visual C++ 6.0编写了实时采集与发送平台各框位置信息的上位机程序。为验证平台控制系统的实时通信性能,对稳定平台进行了动态性能测试。试验结果表明,平台控制系统的实时通信性能满足使用要求。
在分析磁流变减振器工作模式基础上,结合汽车减振器的工作要求,分别完成了混合模式和流动模式磁流变减振器的结构设计,建立了两种模式下的数学模型并进行了相关的仿真研究,设计出了产品并进行了试验研究。比较分析发现,二者阻尼力在低速时差异不大,但是在高速时差异较大。从工程实现和控制角度看,混合工作模式可以减少阻尼孔的堵塞并具有较大的可控倍数,其性能要明显优于流动模式减振器。通过试验证明,建立的模型、提出的设...
