以Pb(CH3COO)2为原料, 一硫代和二硫代丙三醇为混合稳定剂, 在常温下合成了尺寸可控的PbS量子点. 有别于传统的有机金属路线法, 采用水相法一步合成亲水性量子点具有方法简便、反应条件温和、无需使用高沸点溶剂、重现性好等优点. 所合成的量子点单分散, 粒径为3～5 nm, 荧光量子效率高达11.8%, 在外加稳定剂的作用下, 量子效率在5周内仍能保持原来的80%.
