分布反馈(DFB)激光器具有结构紧凑、动态单模等特性,是高速光通信、大规模光子集成、激光雷达和微波光子学等应用的核心光源。特别是,2023年8月30日以ChatGPT为代表的人工智能领域呈现爆发态势,亟需高算力、高集成、低功耗的光计算芯片作为物理支撑,对核心光源的温度稳定性、高温工作特性、光反馈稳定性、单模质量、体积成本等提出了更高的要求。
