在AA6061铝合金表面形成了钛锆膜。用SEM/EDX和XPS分析了钛锆膜的表面形貌及成分.采用电化学测试和中性盐雾测试研究了钛锆膜的耐蚀性能.结果表明，钛锆膜是由Zr-Ti-F-O-Al等元素组成的复合物；钛锆膜的耐蚀性能与基体相比有明显的提高，但不及六价铬酸盐膜；经72小时中性盐雾腐蚀，腐蚀面积小于10%.
